Was so rude and asked what school my son was going to I told her he was going to a private catholic school. she said not to take him because he wouldn't be able to keep up. I immediately changed pediatricians. My son is very smart and can keep up.
First time mom I had a bad experience with her medical assistant. She’s very cold and not personable. She is not warm at all with the babies and lacks bedside manner. She gave my baby her first vaccines and ran out of the room without responding to my baby screaming in pain. It was very sad and really upset me, as this is my first baby. After this experience I switched pediatricians. Dr Pittaluga is fine, not great. She doesn’t acknowledge my baby at appointments which I didn’t like. I just felt like I needed a doctor with a warmer side. I mainly switched doctors because of her medical assistant.
I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled to share our experience in hopes that it might help other parents. We visited this pediatrician for a routine checkup, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The doctor didn’t acknowledge or engage with my children at all during the visit, which felt impersonal and surprising—especially in a pediatric setting where connection with kids is so important. What concerned me most was the doctor’s quick suggestion that my son might be on the autism spectrum based solely on the fact that he’s a picky eater and has a mild speech delay. This was said without a thorough evaluation, and it caused me months of unnecessary anxiety. I later consulted multiple professionals, including experts from the school district, all of whom confidently ruled out autism. Additionally, the office felt very outdated. There were no toys, no stickers, and the equipment looked old and worn. It didn’t feel like a welcoming or child-friendly environment. I hope this feedback is helpful. I believe families deserve care that is thoughtful, compassionate, and up-to-date, especially when it comes to our kids’ health.
Dr. Pittaluga was very thorough. Took the time to answer all of our questions gave good feedback and insight. We didn’t feel rushed or silly with our questions. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend.Dr. Pittaluga.
Connects Easily She was very personable. Made the first visit very comfortable and like I got to connect.
Dr Pittaluga is very professional and has comprehensive knowledge of every issue I bring to her attention regarding both my daughters. I am confident in her care and thankful she is their pediatrician! The office staff is always helpful with replying to messages and every time I call.
Dr. Pittaluga is very professional and caring for her patients.
Love Dr. Pittaluga! She gives wonderful information and always answers our questions.🙏🏼💕 She truly cares about our son’s health.
Very rude and condescending the whole interaction I had with her. She isn't my son's primary pediatrician and I'm so happy she isn't. I saw her today simply because I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for my son's regular pediatrician to be available I wanted to go in to ask her about a simple concern and she made me feel so stupid for even being there. Yes I'm a first time mom, yes I will have silly concerns but don't make us feel like a stupid POS for coming in. Acted annoyed the whole time and kept shrugging her shoulders to any questions I had. Why are you annoyed with me? You chose this profession so let's be more professional Dr! Just because a mom's concern about her child seems silly to you, doesn't mean belittling the mom is right!!
She was thorough, understanding, and took her time to assess my child. Everyone in the office was wonderful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
