I went to this clinic after a HORRIBLE visit at Nellie Gail Urgent Care (a clinic I suggest you NEVER visit), and had my concerns addressed with actual compassion and understanding. After describing my symptoms and concerns the doctor prescribed antibiotics and my infection cleared up almost immediately. The doctor wasn't at all concerned that I had done some research before coming to her, in fact she actually congratulated me for being so invested in my own health. I did take a star off for the nearly 2 hour wait, but unfortunately that is often par the course for urgent care these days. Thank you Doctor for helping me feel better with no judgment or condescension!

Helpful. Personal. Thorough. With X-ray on site, and sending to radiologist for immediate reading, found pneumonia and got me on right antibiotics. They listened to my needs and offered expertise to properly care for me.

Top notch care. Quick and very easy. After a worthless and nightmare of a visit to the hospital last night (when urgent cares were closed) we got the proper care and consultation we were seeking. Thank you to the MA & DR.

No long wait. No long paperwork to fill out. Josh from front desk was very helpful and accommodating. He even offered me water. Ryan, the provider, was attentive and caring. He made sure all my concerns were addressed.

The doctor had a very good bedside manner. They were quick, Everything was clean. I had a very painful ear infection. And they got me in and out very quickly.

My wife went in on the suggestion of a nurse she had spoken with to get an EKG done after a very scary incident. The doctor on staff that day 9/23/2023 Shannon Setter was absolutely horrible, belittled my wife, told her she was crazy and did not need to be there and that everything was in her head. She made my wife tell her what was wrong in the middle of the waiting room after my wife had said she wasn’t comfortable with that. Then she finally agreed to do the test and changed her tune when the test did in fact come back abnormal. My wife after all of this was upset and crying and Shannon kept on with her antics asking my wife why she was crying. Whoever runs this facility needs to put this doctor in check and re go over bedside manner. Absolutely horrible experience, we will never return.
