The phlebotomist Eric was very nice. I hate getting my blood drawn and he was very sweet and helped keep me calm. I appreciate the staff here as they have all been really nice. Will definitely keep coming to this location!

I was not checked in properly at the front desk and ended up in the waiting room for 25 minutes. This made me late for my appointment time and I felt rushed through when I finally saw the PA. I was not given time to ask any questions. I have been coming to this office for 20 years and todays experience was the least favorable of all my visits here.

Very rude and unprofessional staff in front! I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you want to be treated like you're worthless seek primary care elsewhere, where they will actually be there for you.

This was my first visit. Personality, professional, concerned about my overall health not just with my diabetes. Friendly and easy to talk to and listening skills. Felt very comfortable during my visit. Not only with him but everyone I came in contact with.

I want to edit/ update my review: I did have issues with communication and experienced some delays but the prompt attention and care I got from Nikita, the office manager was exceptional. She handled and adjusted all miscommunication so fast. I appreciate she strives to keep this office in good reputation for the benefits of both patients and providers. Because they have the best of providers one of them is our provider Dr. Gore! Thank you Nikita ! And Stephanie too for the follow up and calls! They only communicate through the portal and never respond to messages!! It’ s taking me more than a month to change a referral.. doctor is not responding and now they are telling me the referral got expired on January 2nd and I was trying to get help since 12/27 with no assistance!!! Very annoying
