I went in for a blood draw on 3/19/24 at 9:40am and had the best blood draw experience by far. The worker who helped me was very kind, professional, experienced, and accommodating. The process was quick and painless. I told him I usually pass out during blood draws and he took great precaution measures and provided excellent post-care. He is a great worker and I am thankful to have been helped by him. Thank you!

the audacity of lorraine p. !!! i needed to schedule an appointment for a blood test and i gave my availability on my chart (a wide range of dates and times - because i didn't know when my doctor would be back in the office). however this lady decided to make my appointment 3 HOURS before ON THE SAME DAY!!!! i guess this place prefers uneducated, rude, and inconsiderate staff. i gave two stars instead of one because of my knowledgeable and helpful doctor Lilian Tran who deserves 5 stars. i hope that i don't get a generic response back but that something is actually done with this kind of behavior

I've been a patient here for about 23yrs and absolutely love it! I've had 3 different doctors, only because 2 relocated. I love the very clean building, the convenience of having a lab and X-ray dept in the same building, the caring and friendly front desk staff, but above all the quality and compassionate care of the medical staff. I thank them all for helping me through different stages of my life and the illnesses I overcame. I don't mind the waiting time once in a long time, because I know I will receive the same attentive care from my primary care physician when it's my turn. Thank you RSM Memorial Care Medical Group! You're awesome!

Long long waits and pretty nasty workers. Don't recommend to anyone. Go anywhere else

My doctor was Bonnie Pittaluga. She was so rude and condescending during my whole appointment and what bothered me most was that when the doctor was doing my physical she didn't explain what was about to happen. I should be able to feel comfortable and not feel like an animal. During the physical she told me to touch my toes and that was all she said. She then lifted the back of my shirt and I was so surprised at that I stood up right away and she told me that I got up too fast and to touch my toes again. So I did and she lifted my shirt again without warning. I was so confused throughout the physical. If your going to preform a physical then you should explain what is going to happen. She treated me like a baby when I am a 16 year old girl. I am not a child and even if I was you should still talk to me like I am a person. At least explain how the physical will be done and not just rush it. After she did the physical I was so hurt and when she left the room I told my mom I wanted to leave. Bonnie Pittaluga is not a good doctor and she doesn't seem to care about her patients feelings or boundaries and mostly talked to my mom during MY appointment. When the nurse came in the room to give me my shots she explained what was going to happen and helped comfort me. She wasn't cold and she warned me before she gave me my shots and this is the way you should treat your patients. You should communicate with them properly because they are also a person. also another part was she told me to take off my jacket I asked if I could keep it on a few times and she told me "it's just basic" and "it's not like I'm asking you to take off your shirt" so I took off my jacket. I could've just unzipped my jacket or lift it up I don't get why I had to take the whole jacket off. I told her about my high anxiety and depression and we talked about for a good 15 minutes. I wish I stood up for myself or just walked out of the room right when she started with the mean comments and when she said yuck when I told her my sleep schedule. I know she isn't a therapist or anything but I felt so horrible about myself after and I still feel horrible about myself. She had some good opinions but all lead back to her making me feel worse like I'm not trying at all. In just 45 minutes of talking to this stranger she thought she knew everything about me and thought she could tell me that I'm doing almost everything wrong in my life. Maybe she had a bad day or she thought I was a pushover but don't treat people like that even in your profession you're not a therapist and I just met you. I do make some bad decisions but I am still learning and I have more to experience and overcome.

The phlebotomist Eric was very nice. I hate getting my blood drawn and he was very sweet and helped keep me calm. I appreciate the staff here as they have all been really nice. Will definitely keep coming to this location!

Very rude and unprofessional staff in front! I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you want to be treated like you're worthless seek primary care elsewhere, where they will actually be there for you.

RUDE FRONT DESK WORKERS! I scheduled an appointment to have my blood lab work complete over two weeks ago to be sure I didn't have to miss more work than necessary. I've been here for over 40 minutes and they just told me it will be another 30 minutes. My appointment was at 2pm. I am NEVER returning to the RSM memorialcare office again. I love the San Juan Capistrano office as well as the Mission Viejo office. This one has front office employees that seem like they hate their job and are rude with a smile to patients.

My son saw Dr Angarola for both ingrown toe nail that had gotten bad. Of course, as a 22yo he didn't tell me it was bad until it got worse. We determined to drive from Huntington Beach to this office due to the urgency of matter. He was called in by nurse male, I was not allowed to go in with my son. Yet, another couple came in and female nurse did not mind the wife going in with her husband. Possibly Biden Voters. Anyhow, the visit was smooth for my son a week later returned to Fountain Valley office to have dogs checked. So far so good (cross fingers) this will not return and bother his toes again. Note, office staff get your shit together. I'm a single dad my son's welfare and safety is my priority. Thank you.

Terrible service and discriminatory. We went in for my sons appointment and immediately upon entrance they asked us to wear a mask. I explained why we could not then they called a supervisor to ask if it was ok and they made us wait outside in the heat with my two young children. We left and will never be back.
