Dr has been my primary physician for 25 years. My health has been a challenge for any Dr. and Dr S not only has met these challenges but has done it with a sense of caring that I find very comforting. As a person she cares about me and as a MD she looks at me and not just my chart. She makes smart decisions, so I pay attention.

Dr. Sutcliffe is a great doctor. I have been to other doctors and providers that didnt take the time she does with her patients. She is very direct, which is what my husband and I both need. If you are looking for good 1:1 care, she is the doctor for you!

Its so nice to have a doctor who listens! You never feel like your getting rushed out, and no long wait to see her. Plus the savings on my meds is great!!!

During the worse smoke from the Ponderosa/Helena fires, I was Coming home from work when I realized that I could not find my inhaler! The smoke is really bad in Red Bluff and I was afraid my Asthma, that lay dormant for long periods of time, could suddenly flare up. I text Dr. Sutcliffe and she had a new prescription sent to the pharmacy within minutes!!!! I love the concept of concierge medicine and Dr. Sutcliffes practice

Dr. Sutcliffe is an outstanding physician. She listens to, and cares about, her patients. She doesnt just get you in, write a prescription, and get you out. She spends as much time as is needed for her appointmentments and explains medications and procedures she recommends. I had lost all faith and respect for physicians do to having poor physicians for years leading to my declining health. Not only did Dr. Sutcliffe restore my faith in the medical system, she has helped to halt my own descent into physical and mental health decline by motivating me to care for myself.

Dr. Sutcliff is one of those unusual doctors that really spends time with each patient, discusses things in language I can understand, not just a bunch of big medical words that I do not know.
