I can’t even believe how horrible our experience was here with our 2 week old newborn. Pediatrician always in a hurry, acts frustrated when baby cries, doesn’t answer any questions throughly, pushing to put him on formula when mothers milk supply is perfectly fine & is gaining weight appropriately, acted irritated when something wasn’t understood clearly. Won’t ever bring my child back.

I got to the clinic today 10/29 at 4:50 knowing the walk in closed at 5:30 I asked if there was any way my 1 year old could still be seen the receptionist was very sweet she called and yes she said they set me an apt for 5:10 and that a MA would come out to get us to wait on the bench. At least 30 people walked out all very nice saying hello to my crying child. At 6 pm the janitor said I could come inside and wait on that bench it had gotten dark and was getting cold. My child screaming the whole time. Another girl walks down the stairs and tells me to go up to F. After about 10 minutes a lady hears us and walks up "what are you doing here" I tell her she looks and says "you weren't put in but were open tomorrow" I will be calling to speak to a manager I've never been more upset

Called the answering service for my husband to get message to his Dr. Or Dr. On call. They told me his Dr was not on their list so they couldn’t help me or even send message to Dr. On call.

My son sees Dr Kim. He is a great pediatrician and very patient. And the receptionists are always nice when I call for his medication refills.

Red Bluff lassen medical is a joke. You make an appointment and you get seen hours later. Every time you call they put you on hold then hang up on you. Nobody ever has an answer to anything.

Tried to take my mother to the accute care on a Sunday. The schedule says its open at 9am and that the schedule was updated 5 days ago. We show up and wait till a little after 9am along with some other people (we waited in the car). Suddenly everyone standing at the door leaves. We drive by and it says closed. Its bad that the schedule was updated not even a week ago but is already inaccurate

Lassen Medical Urgent Care is by far the worst we’ve ever experienced! They have one doctor that shouldn’t not be allowed to have a license!!
