Caring Doctor!

I only met with Dr Chandramoui twice. Although he talked about a pacemaker, he never had adequate information since the monitor they put on me didn't work. He wanted me to wear one for two weeks, but the office people never got back to me, or followed through with his recommendtions for my treatment. I was treated with so much disrespect by the staff. I was accused of braking an old heart monitor that didn't work right from day one. The nurse that brought it in to me, even had problems making it work before putting it on me. No matter what I said, they wouldn't listen to me. They even refused me care when I needed it. I called a few times letting them know I was having heart problems, I was told to go to the hospital if I felt it was nesasery. My heart rate was dropping down in the low thirties while standing up, causing me to feel as if I was gonna to pass out.My primary doctor asked how things were going with Dr. Chandramouli. Itold her everything, and she referred me to doctor Khan. Dr Khan put a loop recorder in, and after 3 weeks, I went in for them to download the information from the loop recorder. His office called me the next morning, and told me to go get a blood draw, because he was putting in a pacemaker in 10 days. My heart rate was 26 beats per minute, and After he referred me to innovative sleep centre, I found out my oxygen levels were dropping as low as 82 while I was sleeping.I probably would not be here today, If my primary doctor hadn't referred me to doctor Khan.

Dr. Chamdramouli and his staff are kind and respectful of my needs. If it wasn’t for his excellent care, I don’t think I would still be here. Over the years Dr Chamdramouli and his staff have become family to me.

My husband had several diagnostic tests recently in which medical personnel were in very close proximity to him. The y were not wearing face masks.

Dr Chandramouli is wonderful doctor. He performed very complicated cardiac procedure on my husband who has many heart problems. Office staff are very friendly and attentive. Thank you very much doctor !

Staff and providers very caring and compassionate. They bill ins and are willing to take payments on expensive tests that apply to deductible. Very understanding that most patients wouldn't be able to afford the high allowed amounts of certain tests that are required for heart health. Thank you to the friendly front office, back office & providers!!

If I could give this Doctor and office 0 starts I would. Horrible experience with staff and dr. Chandramouli. Was left on a table to wait for two hours before a heart procedure (not a heart surgery or anything) then he was so mean and treaded me like shi*. But there was one lady that was nice in the office I just don’t know her name.
