They won’t answer the phone. It says it’s not a long wait and I’ve waited 15,25,30 mins and no answer. Then when someone does it’s a service and they disconnect you. But call billing and they answer right away!!!

Some of office staff are not COVID-19 vaccinated and refuse to wear masks around elderly patients proclaiming it is their right to not wear a mask and not get vaccinated. What about the right of the patient not to be exposed to someone who may be carrying COVID??? Vaccinated staff should not be interacting face-to-face with patients and should be masked - that is the CDC guidance. In a medical facility, it is not the right of staff to proclaim their political freedoms to patients, especially when the patient is immune-compromised. Practice is not in compliance with CDC guidance or California guidance on COVID-19 protocols. Rude and argumentative staff and doctor. Would not return.

If you want a Dr that can clear up some pretty hard cases Dr Kraffert is the man to go to. Just listen to him and stay with his program it works and take care of yourself because only you can make yourself beautiful, Dr Kraffert isn’t god but pretty close to calling a Genius in dermatology. Again thank you.Dr Kraffert sorry it took so long, but under normal circumstances and normal conditions after losing our house and business I haven’t forgot about you.

Dr. Kraffert is absolutely the best! Great professional, friendly and cheerful staff that really do care about their patients. I wish all medical facilities were operated in such a manner. Keep up your great services to our community! I would recommend Redding Derm highly.

Dr. Craig Kraffert, MD is a board certified dermatologist and treats you like a professional should. He has saved my husbands life due to aggressive skin cancer. If you have a skin related problem go make an appointment now you should never put off your health it can cost you your life! Thank you Dr. Kraffert and your team for all your help.

To check the spots on my back for cancer, he just walked around me & said I’m good, & got upset when I questioned how can a thorough exam be done by just glancing at my back, & he refused to look closely when I asked him to. For another issue on another visit he wouldn’t even look at what was going on & said there’s nothing he could do. Knowing something could be done & questioning him about that, he said I could buy an over-the-counter product, which didn’t help at all. I was done with him after this.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kraffert for 4 years now and I am a thoroughly satisfied patient.I have had several reasons over my lifetime to see medical professionals. Most practices place a high priority on the patient being prompt and on time, only to reward you with a long wait when you arrive and then pile on with and even more unpleasant wait in the exam room. This is definitely not the case at Redding Dermatology.Dr. Kraffert’s staff are as efficient and professional as he is. I am always greeted warmly and taken to the exam room shortly after my arrival. I am amazed that after his medical staff check you in and say “ Dr. Kraffert will be in shortly “, he actually enters the room within a few minutes.His care is professional and second to none. He assesses my issues takes care of them immediately if possible, and then does an audio summary of visit for my chart while I’m in the room. I find this extremely helpful knowing when he’s done exactly what treatment I’ve just received.I always leave his office feeling like both my health and my time matter are of a real priority there.I would highly recommend Dr. Kraffert and his associates.

I have had a large lipoma on my forehead for 30+ years. Dr. Kraffert removed it quickly with the scar line on my hair line.Altogether my experience was wonderful!

Dr. Kraffert saw me, diagnosed instantly, then immediately Performed a quick 30 minute operation, on something under my skin on my head... adjacent to a major nerve and artery. And kept calm the whole time and removed the foreign object. Stitched me up and got me out.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Kraffert's assistant, Bruce, who saw my husband, Ray, today. He assessed the mark on his face, decided to treat the problem immediately, rather than have him make another appointment to treat at a different time. Bruce was very efficient, skilled, knowledgeable and confident enough to remove the tissue in question, to be biopsied by Dr. Kraffert at his lab, later in the day. He told us we would receive the results by Friday. When he had finished tissue removal, cauterization of the wound, and covering with bandage, he finished the appointment by assuring us this was a serious matter, but not to worry and make a follow-up appointment for 4 months from today. Now that is what I consider an excellent job done by Dr. Kraffert's assistant, Bruce, who was also a very nice gentleman. Thanks a lot.
