Horribly unorganized and unprofessional office. Made an appointment in April for some testing for mid May and was told I would receive a call in a couple weeks to schedule the pre-procedure a week or two before the testing was scheduled for. Never received a call so called to check in and was told my appointment was yet another month out, in June, which I know for sure it was not nor would I have agreed to wait almost 3 months for the procedures to be scheduled, I would have went somewhere else! Nobody I spoke with during the original scheduling or when I called again was pleasant or easy to talk to either. Do not waste your time here, go somewhere else with competent staff!

Everybody there made me feel at ease and comfortable this is the second time I’ve had an endoscopic Test ran at the center with Dr. Liu. He took time to explain the procedure to me both times. I felt totally at ease. The procedure only takes about 5-10 minutes.

awful bedside manor, accused my father of taking opioids and being an alcoholic, in which he doesn't drink or take pain meds, he has done nothing to help figure out what's wrong with him. He scoped his stomach, and told us to have his primary doctor order further tests for his GI issue. Seen by him while at Mercy prior to today's follow up, and at that time we where told by him to have the dr seeing him at the hospital order the CT that Dr. Lui said he needed. My father will not be coming back to see him again. Don't go to this doctor for GI issues, a month later zero answers!!!! WOW....

My entire experience at the Redding Endoscopy Center was pleasant. Each staff member was competent and very efficient. I wouldn't expect less and everyone met or exceeded my expectations.

Great service from start to finish. The nurses were all great as well as the Anesthesiologist and Dr. Liu was very clear on what the problem was. Great team work and a lot of very caring people !
