Interim Healthcare's Online Review Report Card

The RNs, PTs, and other professionals are great! However, reliable home-health helpers are far outnumbered by the lazy ones. No-shows are common, one arrived 30 minutes late, and then acted like it was no big deal-stating she’d still get paid for her hours scheduled anyway...then she just wanted to sit and look at her phone and watch TV, and had attitude when we asked her to stay for full shift and not leave early. NOT IMPRESSED.

They don't call back, or follow up, like they say they will.

Medically they are fine. It’s everything else. They don’t give you information you need. Their social worker is knowledgeable but flaky and not that helpful, if you can get her to call you back. They cost me my job by incorrectly filling out my LOA paperwork repeatedly. And they’re discharging my mom the day before Thanksgiving. That would be fine except they just told me, 2 days before. I have 2 days to find a temporary bed I can’t afford for my dying mom right around a holiday. The legal paperwork guy they recommended has taken so long we can’t go back to my home for Thanksgiving. They cost me my job. My Thanksgiving. My moms Thanksgiving. Watching my mom slowly die from cancer isn’t enough. They constantly make things Hell for me.

I was treated with disrespect, I did my best to heard, I was not informed when they decided not to be there for me, they left me hanging when I needed medical attention, they dropped my services without informing me. I believe they dropped me because they knew they wronged me. I am highly disappointed in their services or lack of them.

I love being part of assisting families in finding the care that they need in order for their loves ones to stay in the comfort of their own home. It is a passion that everyone that works here shares! Working for Interim is truly a blessing! :)

I just finished 4 weeks of "in home" physical therapy after total knee replacement. Rachel is an exceptional therapist. She helped me regain my mobility. I would recommend her. She deserves a raise!

Lisa is the best home care nurse ever! She is sweet, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to help the patient and their family. She has great instincts and understands the changing nature and needs of Alzheimer's patients. She reached out and coordinated with a number of providers. She was a great support and source of information for the family as well. We will really miss her!

Interim Hospice helped my family with my father's final transition to peace; he was in horrible distress and they enabled us to cope with that  Especially appreciated Barbara, Melissa and Beth.  My father loved talking to the social worker and nurse and appreciated their interest in his life and needs.
