So happy to find Dr. Jill Shaw again. She is the without a doubt the best most compassionate and competent GYN I have ever had. I was delighted to learn that she is practicing again at Lake Road Family Medicine. I was one of her first patients there.

This doctor is either totally crazy or a racist. She argued with me for 15 minutes about something totally unrelated to the visit and spooked me so bad that I had to run out of her office. She was Arrogant and Condescending and yelled at me like I was uneducated. I'm a software engineer and have three masters degrees. Just because I'm colored and have an accent does not mean that she can treat me that way.

I've followed Dr. Shaw from my first visit with her to whichever practice she is at for the last 10 years. Easily the best doctor I've ever had in any capacity. Kind, genuinely cares about her patients, listens, and instantaneously puts her patients at ease. Wonderful doctor, wonderful human being. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

I am proud to say that I was Dr. Jill's very 1st robotic assisted hysterectomy! I followed her from Astoria to Portland and will continue do so wherever she may go. She is the sweetest, most caring doctor I have ever been too. I love how she will sit and talk to you about anything and everything. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to see her. Way to Go Dr. Jill!!!
