Dignity Hospice did a great job helping my mom and my family went on hospice. They were kind, caring, available, and responsive. So appreciated our RN and all the staff. They helped us through a difficult time, and never once felt rushed or like our questions were a burden.

Mercy Home Health has been caring for my mom for several weeks now. The care has been excellent, and both her nurse and physical therapist are always ready to listen. Both are very positive and encouraging. They show up exactly when they say they will and are great to call me and let me know when they will be here. Without Mercy Home Health, she would have had to go to a rehab hospital for 6 weeks of IV antibiotics, now she is comfortable and cared for in her own home.

Mercy Home Health has been nothing but difficult and unreliable with my mother. They make appointments and show up hours later with no explanation and they call and expect her to drop everything to see them when it is convenient for them. The nurses are supposed to show up on Monday and Thursdays and no one showed up yesterday (Monday). The social worker called today and expected her to stay home so that the social worker could come out - she was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago and kept calling me saying she couldn't reach my mom yet never called her home or cell phone numbers (per caller id).I wouldn't recommend Mercy Home Health to anybody! They have been nothing but a nightmare.
