I brought my son in 3 hours before closing, on a Friday, for a Covid test. They said they weren't taking any more patients for the day and told me to retuen @ 7:30 the next morning. I asked the person I spoke with TWICE for clarity that the next day was Saturday and Halloween...she said yes we're open tomorrow @7:30. I woke my child up early on Halloween and drove to the clinic where we waited until 8:00... the clinic was closed and not open again until Monday. This kind of ignorance regarding hours of operation in inexcusable. Either she lied or didn't know... either way there's no excuse. Their servive and quality has definitely declined in the last 6 years since my child has been a patient here.

I'll never return.. Such a lack of kindness and respect from these physicians, which is not what's expected from Any caregiver ever. My family is not looking for a Sargeant in the Army. Just a family doctor. Maybe the director of the clinic should start reading these reviews and start making real changes
