I'm not sure where to start, I had a referral from Mercy Family Health for Dr Miles and try to schedule a date, Shasta Orthopedics, dr Miles scheduler says I have an appointment with Dr Lang, I say, no I was referred to Miles she says no, I say look at the order, she looks and says woops, so we set up a date for me to come in (I live 2 hrs away) , I show up 1/2 hr early as requested to fill out paperwork, I'm called up a half hour after mt appointment time and told that I haven't taken dr Miles survey so I would have to reschedule, I said give it to me, I will do it now, she looked on the computer and said he doesn't have one here. Then she calls to the back and talks and then tells me I can come back at 130 (my appointment was 11), I said if you can see me at 130 why can't you see me now, AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME, she says that is all she can do, I said cancel it, I lost out on a days backhoe work (8 hrs= $800), thanks DOC. Dr. Miles has done bilateral knee replacements and right hip replacement. All 3 surgeries went extremely well with no complications. I had to call him after hours and he called me back within seconds. I would highly recommend him if you are trying to make an informed choice for a surgeon.

Dr miles did many surgeries on my Sister. She had so many health concerns but he stayed with her when other Dr may have given up on her. He gave her all his skills and was so very patient. Thank you Dr Miles

Dr Miles was wonderful. He spends time and explains everything clearly. He obviously loves what he does and cares about his patients. The office staff were wonderful and efficient too.

3 weeks out from a total left knee replacement. Would recommend Dr. Miles to everyone. He is so attentive to you doesn’t hurry out of the room. So glad I found him so I didn’t have to go out of town.

He is amazing. My Hip replacement was awesome.He takes such care. How many Doctors will call you themselves . I only had 2 Doctors do that. One was Dr. Miles. What a patient friendly Dr. Getting my second Hip done in April. With a Dr. Like him you don't need to go out of town. I am happy I chose Dr. MILES.
