Thank you to all the staff for taking care of me! I love all of you & will miss you! The staff here makes the world go around! Both my mom & dad have been patients at Vibra, if you or your loved one needs rehabilitation I highly recommend Vibra!
the wound team especially does an amazing job & really cares about their patients. The kitchen went above & beyond for my Chrons diet. thank you to all the staff for all you do. I would recommend Vibra for anyone who needs care. it is an excellent place to come & heal!

Wonders at last, who would ever believe Herpes virus can be cured, but today I'm a living testimony of the great work of Dr Oyakhire who prepared herbs for me that completely cured me from Herpes virus, and he also cured my friend from HPV for those with similar issues you can contact his herbal Email::address::droyakhire7@gmail.com or WhatsApp /Call him on +2349039208180
Run from this place..it is terrible. My husband is jacked up with insulin every day and he has never been on it before as it has been under control for 10 years. Everything is terrible from the food to night crew stealing his blanket and undies. No one returns phone calls. Floors are filthy...not cleaned for 5 days...I have pictures. If you have a loved one here document everything with a journal and pictures then call the state to report them. Yes a few nice employees work here but the majority are travelers who don't care. I even caught one guy checking out my husbands penis..SICK. They have left bandages with blood on them on the table. Never have I seen any one clean a bathroom. I am there 8 to 8 everyday. Other people stay long hours because their loved ones are scared. I could write more but hopefully you get the idea. These bad reviews are serious.
The food here was really good. I really enjoyed all the staff that worked with me. All the different teams would come to me & worked really well together to get me better.I am so very thankful that I can now go downstairs to finish my rehabilitation therapy!
when I found out I was being shipped to vibra,I was really nervous I'm from Nevada & vibra is in California. I am so happy i agreed to come to vibra. The care is great. I would recommend vibra for anyone in need of LTAC level care. I am ready to discharge to the next level of rehabilitation, but I really wish I could stay here at vibra. I really enjoy working with the therapy & staff here.
I forgot to add this part to my first review about Vibra and this is prior to calling the POLICE for abuse. The day shift was pretty good but the night shift was the worst. Dr. Kumar who I have never seen before came into are room a few times and mainly spoke with my roommate Ron. While Dr. Kumar was leaving the room he looked over at me and said how are you. I said am fine I just need to speak to my doctor. Dr. Kumar replied "am your doctor" I told him that my medications were not being properly dispensed. He asked me what medications? I told him the medications and he wrote notes as I spoke. Dr. Kumar then left and came back the next day. I told Kumar I was still getting the wrong medications. He replied sometimes it takes time. Now 3 days have past and Dr. Kumar came to our room and I told him that nothing has changed am still getting the wrong medications. This is what Dr. Kumar said to me " by doing nothing is still something" then he walked out of the room. My roommate Ron said what a jerk. Prior to my roommate Ron being discharged he needed a prescription for refills for his breathing treatment. I heard Ron ask nurses and other staff members several times for this prescription prior to discharge. The day Ron was discharged the first thing Ron said was "I still don't have my prescription" to the people who were discharging Ron. The dischargers told Ron not to worry about the prescription we have other paper work to do. When the dischargers wanted Ron to sign some paper work I told Ron not to sign it till he had that prescription. Three dischargers turn and gave me the shut up look. Then they wanted Ron to sign more paper work and I again said don't sign it. Well after he signed everything one of the dischargers came back to our room and said WE CAN'T FIND A DOCTOR (well doesn't that sound familiar) to sign the prescription. Ron told them again I live in high altitude and I need that for my breathing treatments there has to be a doctor some where in this hospital. Then Ron said am not leaving without that prescription the discharge person said you have to leave you have signed all the discharge paper work and I recommend you contact your GP and set up an appointment to get your refills, Ron said but I live 1 1/2 hours away. The discharge person didn't even seem to care. I personally heard ALL OF THIS B.S. and that's why I was telling Ron not to sign the paper work.Moving on to Julie P. an employee of Vibra if you don't stop leaving comments to try and sway your low ratings I will turn you into Yelp for the misuse of this website.I think Julie P. is looking around the hospital to get some good reviews from patients that were only at Vibra for a period of time.If I had seen the Yelp review comments about Vibra I wouldn't have even gone there. I gave you no stars because Vibra doesn't even deserve oneSUCH A SAD PLACE TO BE AND VIBRA COULD CHANGE THIS IF THEY WANTED TO.
I would like to express my feeling about Vibra Hospital during my 31-day stay. Keep in mind that 75 percent of my body is paralyzed and I've been confined to a wheelchair for 33 years. This facility has a lot of problems and it starts with the CNA's, LVN's, R.N.'s, Charge nurses, Doctors and goes all the way to the CEO that tried to cover up this mess I was in at Vibra Hospital. I was being treated for a bad burn on my lower back. This burn was 5 inches high by 13 inches wide and 3rd degree mostly but 4th degree in some places. Check out photos! All right here is my experience. For the first 3 weeks were not to bad, it was just the usually thing's like gross hospital food, it took almost an hour to get a pain pill, the staff was short handed when you pushed the call bell someone would come in just to shut your call light off and asked what you wanted. After you expressed your needs about 50 percent of the time no one what ever show up. My medications were not dispensed properly during the entire 31 days I was at Vibra. The staff members just kept telling me you need to speak with your doctor. Well that turned out to be one of the biggest problems. Every time I asked about my doctor I was told he was on the floor and heading your way. I was filled with these broken promises continuously. I had a folly catheter insert into my bladder to drain my bladder. This drain line started showing signs of blood. I push call button immediately and my nurse came in and I showed her the bloody drain line. The nurse asked me when was the last time you seen your doctor? I said I haven't seen a doctor for 5 days. The nurse said I will try and get a hold of him right now. The next day still having internal bleeding but it's worse and kidney stones were now appearing in the drain line. Another day goes by again NO DOCTOR TO HELP ME. Frustration started to build on everyone, CNA's, LVN's, R.N.'s and am stuck in the middle of this mess. Finally on day 3 going on day 4. I called in the charge nurse and told her that this situation has gone from negligence to abuse and I need to see a doctor now. The nurse told me the doctor was gone for the night and he will be back tomorrow. I said am calling 911 and she replied "What ever" and kept walking away. So I called Redding police department on June 7th 2021 a police officer showed up. I told him what was going on and that I have had internal bleeding. Showed the officer the blood in the drain line. The police took some notes and left. The doctor came in my room minutes after police left. I think he was in the parking lot waiting for the police to leave. Once I spoke to the doctor it was obvious that he knew NOTHING about my current condition. The doctor ordered a ultrasound which was done but I never got a chance to find out results because he disappeared again. The CEO of Vibra wrote that she took it upon herself to personally send the report my my urologist in Chico. The report was never sent to my urologist The traveling wound care doctors from Mercy Medical Center are excellent (Dr. H) and I tried to get transferred to Mercy but I was told no room. The evening shift at Vibra was the worst. That includes you Brittney mentioned in other complaints. Another nurse tried to give me my medications early because she had other things to do. I told the CEO that you have a doctor lying to you and a charge nurse lying to police which is a crime. The CEO asked me to let it go and I said NO ONE treats me like this and gets away with it. The CEO let out a big sigh. The CEO was apologetic but to late. I plan to report 2 doctors at Vibra to the California Medical Board. Wait till the A.D.A. gets involved Vibra. PLEASE IF YOU REALLY CARE FOR SOMEONE DO NOT GO TO VIBRA. I wish I could give Vibra Hospital a negative rating.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
