I typically do not give reviews but in this case I felt it important. Previously with this clinic I had Dr Cantun who was an angel and understood the patient centered experience that should occur as well as a depth of clinical experience and knowledge. Once Dr. Cantun left I went to Dr. Terrazas. He is unfortunately more interested in establishing followup visits and thus more money than treating the needs of the individual patient. I have had a long relationship with this clinic and instead of allowing a minor prescription to be filled he declined the refill without seeing me again first even though I had a followup appointment scheduled for 1 week later. Now keep in mind longterm relationship with the clinic longterm use of the medication longterm medical knowledge about the patient. Instead of filling my Rx and helping the patient this doctor states no I have been contemplating leaving this physician for a while for various frustrations but this turned the key. I would NOT recommend this physician. Best of luck.

Worst doctor ever. I am a caregiver and brought one of his patients to an appointment. She already been to the hospital for trouble breathing and it got worse. Her o2 saturation was %84 by the time we got there. He told us he wasnt going to do anything about her breathing. I asked him to send her to the hospital thinking maybe they would do more if a doctor sent her. He wouldnt. I got upset because she visibly couldnt breath well. He threw out of the office without helping this poor woman.

Dr. Terrazas has over prescribed my daily medication and did not catch this even after I became symptomatic due to the over dosage. When I insisted seeing a specialist that doctor caught the error. Dr. Terrazas did not prioritize my follow up appointment to correct the dosage error. He spends zero time trying to get to the bottom of what is causing symptoms even after repeated appointments for the same reason.

Sadly this doctor doesnt focus on whole person care and does the minimum in terms of assessment. He spends maybe 2 minutes of time in diagnosis and assessment. Further he is condescending. Needs to retire.
