Beaver Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

I was trying to schedule a flu shot with this medical center and I called twice the first time waited 15 minutes no one picked up the phone and it hang up by itself, the second time someone picked up the phone but told me to hang on and transferred me to a voicemail. What the heck is this medical group and I transferred from Kaiser and it is like two different worlds heaven and hell!!!!!!

Plain awful. Tried 3 days to talk to any person but at no avail.

I am so pleased with my visit to Michelle Kopp. I had a physical with her and she put my mind at ease with my health situation. She ordered lab work and assured me I would hear back soon. Unfortunately I won’t be able to see her again because she goes to different areas but she was fantastic. I hope I can see her again sometime.

I absolutely love Beaver Medical Group and particularly my Primary Care Doc, Dr Rajeev Walia. He’s a really caring guy and takes the time needed to talk to you and understand your needs.I had Kaiser in the past and was pretty happy but nothing like Beaver. We live in the mountains and I make the trip down to Redlands a few times a month and it is almost always quick and painless haha!I highly recommend Beaver and especially Dr Walia and his staff.

I understand the pressure nurses go through especially in the ER but they should in turn understand the pressure as a sick patient coming in being 7 months pregnant infected with covid and progressing pneumonia, you should not stand there talking about other patients behind their back and laugh at their expenses, shame on your for forgetting you oath and lack of compassion, its time for you to get another job behind a desk where you dont have to deal with "incompetent" sick patients. Wearing scrubs makes you no more important and no less important than anyone else.

Always a fantastic experience when seeing Dr. Brockardt. I know he is a very busy ortho surgeon, but he never makes you feel rushed. He is very personable, knowledgeable and a awesome surgeon. Always a pleasure going to see him. Also this was the first time I have visited him in the Redlands office. The registration clerk was very efficient and professional and the nursing staff were great also. Great job. Thanks for always making me feel better Dr. Brockardt. You truly are the best....

The receptionists are always very helpful and Dr. Kazemi always takes the time to answer questions. Much better than Loma Linda

Dr. threatened to withhold a 19 year medication I have been taking for not following his rules. Those rules were never discussed 3 years ago when I first started seeing him.

Waited over 13 weeks for a new patient appointment. One week before the appointment, the office called and canceled it and said the next new appointment is in another 12+weeks. Don’t plan on having a new patient appointment for months if you go here. Just hope I can medically wait another 13 weeks.
