Pleasant and expedient experience. Out of all the urgent care centers that are usually tucked in a shopping center this one is a dedicated center. Lots of waiting room and no crammed quarters.

The check in process was smooth, it was the physician who saw me that didn’t make me feel safe. Whenever I expressed my concern, he’d gloss over it and kept looking at my chest. The worst part is that I didn’t get his name

The nurses were great , but I found out a year later the Dr's & insurance wouldn't cover my child being born so I had to pay out of pocket for 3 Drs viewing my new born son & one tried to push for "jaundice" even though his blood & skin was fine.

After having a total knee replacement surgery, I was really afraid of the pain I was going to have with physical therapy. My therapist Mike is absolutely the best! He made me feel comfortable and always told me the exercises I was going to do and why I should do them. The thing I was most impressed about is what he told me the first day. He said, "Don't think I am not listening to you. I know this hurts, but this is what we need to do to get your range of motion back." I could not have been assigned a more caring therapist. I am extremely happy with the care I received.

Today I went in urgent care I was in so much pain I was seen by Dr.Rodger Rosewitz and LVN. Rachel Vasquez they both took such good care of me made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me.

Just came here with severe upper right back pain hate comin to urgent care and when I see the doctor he acts like I don’t have any pain and that’s there nothin he can do WOW how about an X-ray to see if there anything wrong DR Liu you shouldn’t even be a doctor very disappointed with this doctor I wonder how many other people he did this too stay woke people here’s one worthless doctor SMH

Had a good visit! I mean I was miserable, but that's why I was there!! Staff was friendly, wait wasn't bad, Dr. listened to my concerns and agreed to run a test that I was confident was needed... It wasn't and he warned me - but I felt better having the blood test done. Treatment fixed me right up.

Three hour waits routine. And people come here because they cant get in to see their regular doctors. Understaffed.
