I found Dr. Grames to be very thorough in his examination and diagnosis. It was nice to find a doctor that paid attention to your issues and concerns. He took time to go over various options as to what path to take rather than just jumping to the usual surgery option. I would highly recommend Dr. Grames for any knee problems.

I had my first and last appointment with him today ,not only did he rescheduled my appointment today but he came in after keeping me waiting for over an hour with no apologies and was very distant and cold and gave me very little hope of my arm getting better and made it quite clear that my pain in my arm was insignificant to him and he would do the surgery but it could make it worse not better and offered no other options that would help ,he had x rays and told me to raise my hands above my head and then said so what do you want to do you let me know.He was very very very cold and dismissive and I am so disappointed because Dr. Burton did my hip replacement and Dr Strum does my pain management ant they are both kind warm and caring Doctors at Arrowhead Orthopedic but not Dr Barry Grames,I am guessing my small tear in my rotator cuff is not a big enough surgery for him so I will be finding some one else. I wrote a previous review but it said I was from San Francisco and not accurate I am from Yucaipa and went to office in Redlands at 1901 Lugonia,Candis M.

Wonderful atmosphere beutiful christmas tree. I didnt have to wait at all seems they called me immediately after check in xrays were a breeze the tec was super cool and through in a few minutes the nurse was very nice and the doctor was wonderful thank you arrowhead orthopedic and happy holidays

I went to Arrowhead yesterday and they have super empathetic staff - the receptionist, the x ray technician, the nurses. Dr. Barry Grames and his MA were very experienced, compassionate, and patiently answered our questions. We feel that we are in great hands with Dr. Grames!
