Excellent doctor

Love him. Not so serious. Good sense of humor. He has done both of my knees

Dr Burton always has the best bed side manor and customer service.

I have never been to Redlands Orthopedics but I worked for Dr Burton years ago at the Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Indiana, PA. Dr. Burton is a wonderful surgeon. His patients loved him. Indiana lost its best orthopedic surgeon when Dr Burton left for California. I hope he is doing well. I wish him the best.

The patient (P) started to see Dr. Burton (physician) approximately 6 months ago. Initially the P trusted the physician's Healthgrades of 4.2 & @ face to face visit he was very nice. Until last appointment he provided only lip services & nothing was materialized. He wrote a DME prescription & gave it to one of his assistants A to send to a particular provider. After 3 months have passed the P again inquire about the prescription. The A mentioned that a copy of prescription was sent to a provider 3 months ago. Twice when P phoned their Hemet office A told P to wait until they hear from a provider then they will let P know. At last appointment with the physician, when the P asked A the name of the provider where she sent the prescription, she didn't know the name nor the address. She only gave a phone number to P to call. When P phoned the provider it never receive P's prescription from Hemet office. For every appointment wait time is 1+ hour & exam room was very warm.

My husband saw Dr Burton in Nov of 2020 and was very pleased and relieved that the doctor could help him, but, ever since then, we have gotten nowhere with the staff. We have been given several excuses as to why my husband hasn't been followed up with. 1) waiting for info from wc ins, so WE, not the staff, have asked the wc ins to resend the info they needed through email to Dr office. The doctors staff member, Ryan, who gave us the email address, said they "didn't get it, and that the email address was wrong", and gave us another email address. so we immediately (within 5 minutes) contacted the wc ins and he sent it to the new email address. We called and left another message for Ryan, with no answer. 2) not reaching the right person...how do we know who the right person is, no one calls us back to tell us who we should be speaking with... We continued to leave more messages with the operators only to be told we will be called back...Another person was Brenda,, but no response there either, just put off...doesn't happen...still waiting...we are waiting for a call back from any one who gives a care...I asked if I could speak with patient relations and am told "we don't have that department " ...on June 10, 2021, operator tells us we should be speaking with RC and she would submit a message stating important, still no call back...Husband is in a lot of pain and barely walking but this business doesn't find patient care important.

Great Physician, I give 5 stars for Dr Burton. But horrible staff. For staff babysitting required (0 *). Do not do Surgery at Arrowhead Orthopedic, Unless you are in the medical field. I had to call and speak with various people to get proper care. Very frustrating. Ask the Doctor if the care can be done at another facility like Arrowhead Hospital or Loma Linda. . Hope this info helped.

I really enjoyed Dr Burton and his assistant, she is a new Dr (4 mo) and eager to learn from an old lady a little about life....or was just being nice.....either way, I enjoyed meeting her and Dr Burton and am happy with the care so far.

Arrowhead Orthopedic has clean comfortable facilities. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Looking forward to a healthy outcome. Stay tuned

Dr. Burton is a wonderful doctor. I really enjoy my visits with him and his asst are always very pleasent. And all of the staff at front desk are very pleasent amd helpful. Thank you very much for all your help during these unpleasant times. Debra Farr😘
