HORRIBLE Pediatrician!!!!! I have twin 14 month sons and I went in for a visit regarding my sons constipation problem. Mind you. I’m a mother of 3 very small children and I’m definitely used to tummy problems, lactose issues etc. I have monitored my sons tummy problems the whole year. Tried different formulas. Tried lactose free milk. Tried changing up his diet etc however nothing was working so that was the reason for my visit. Dr. Seth Cohen entered the room and his bedside manner was just horrible. Was irritated that yet again another mother worried about tummy issues. So he wouldn’t even listen to my concerns my thoughts and what I’ve tried already. Instead he told me what I was doing wrong. Saw baby gold fish in my purse and took the gold fish out of my purse and proceeded to tell me all the crap I’m feeding my children. Gave me a lecture on nutrition. Not even putting into consideration that I have twins who were premees and I knew as a mother that something wasn’t right with his GI track. Anyway. He gave me suggestions. I left his office crying!!!!! Feeling like an absolute bad mother. I am raising 3 babies all under 2 on my own! So I’m doing the very best I can. Doctors (especially pediatricians) should understand the parents point of view and the worries we face! Fast forward 4 days. I took ALL his suggestions and my son was experiencing the WORST constipation yet. I called his office at my wits end needing some guidance and worried that something else might be going on other than food. Hours later I had to call back because the staff failed to call back with the doctors remarks and the staff told me that it’s only been 4 days and I needed to give it more time. SO my son not pooping for 4 days and being in excruciating pain is ok?!!?!?!! I told them to forget it that he’s the worst doctor for my children! Seriously, so disappointed in who his is as a child’s doctor!! Please be aware to send your precious children to this asshole who loves to tell parents what their doing wrong instead of actually trying to find a solution for the child!

What the reviewer wrote in 2016 still applies. Clinically sound judgement however manner in interacting with patients lacking significantly. Dr Cohen gave the impression he was annoyed we were in his office from the moment he arrived and made unprofessional comments during the appointment.

My children have been with Dr. Cohen since Dr. Smith's passing. My kids love having him as their pediatrician. Hes very patient and direct with answers and concerns. Never had an issue in the 5+ years I've been taking my kids. Highly recommended.

Always willing to give you the time you need, goes above and beyond. Both of my kids (age 6 & 2) love him, and have been going to him for 5 years!

Love Dr. Cohen! My daughter was so scared of doctors but Dr. Cohen made her feel so comfortable, made her worries go away...

Wish he wasn't only a pediatrician! his diagnostic approach was methodical and considered all possiable factors both genetic and environmental. Only complaint is that he's rather tall (or I am of a diminutived stature) since I can't see past or over him when he's facing my son.

Dr Cohen takes every concern into consideration, listens to the parents, and makes every attempt to make sure ALL concerns are met with every appointment. He is very professional, I has a great bedside manner with my infant son. I appreciate this doctor, and his approachable demeanor

Keep calling getting the run around trying to bring them 5 new patients and the moron that answers this line when I call keeps connecting me to a line that tells me to call and make an appt for new patients and I get sent right back around to her again who can't seem to get me in contact with anyone. Like really? Suck a crappy system.

Dr. Cohen is straight forward, speaks clearly and answers all of my questions at every visit. He was the doctor attending at Redlands Community Hospital when my littles was born in 2014 and my husband and I liked his approach & bedside manner with our son that we decided to stay with him as our son's primary pediatrician. We feel we receive great care when our son is seen by Dr. Cohen at Beaver Medical.
