I had to have some teeth pulled prior to chemo/radiation treatment. I decided to see a surgeon to make it as comfortable as I could. My Wife had went through their Rancho office a couple of years ago. Let me start by saying that everyone in the office is amazing. They were all so nice, compassionate and generally care about your well being. I had my initial consultation yesterday and thankfully the Dr squeezed me in today for extraction. I have never been a fan of the dentist, due to past experiences. Today has totally changed that for me. The entire process was so easy, I was never nervous or in any kind of pain. The Dr took the time to sit and talk with me , answering all my questions and ensuring I was ok throughout the process.I would highly recommend Dr Paxman and his staff for all your dental surgery needs.

Best experience ever for my daughter. She was so nervous and Lauren helped her feel comfortable. We want to thank Inland Empire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons for a wonderful job in helping my daughter through a successful wisdom tooth extraction process. She is on the road to a healthy recovery

I was referred to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons by my dentist for a dental implant. They were extremely quick and efficient when it came to my consultation AND my procedure. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Paxman was a rockstar. I was definitely in good hands when I walked into this office! Bonus: while I was doing my procedure the dental assistants played Bad Bunny (my favorite artist) at my request to calm my nerves. 10/10 would recommend!

Professional, wonderful service, and caring. They took real good care of my daughter. We were very nervous of the surgery and the doctor and staff made sure she was comfortable and reassured her that everything was going to go well. I highly recommend them. I appreciate all of you.

I had a couple of bone grafts. The doctor and his team really made me comfortable, answered all my questions and everything was clearly explained and I knew what to expect. I’m thankful to have had such great care.
