26780, Loma Linda Hospital:Shout out to the pain management department..From the customer service in the lobby to the RNs and doctors in the pain management, you all did a great job as far as professionalism, cordial, helpful, thorough and detailed to your patient.Keep up the great feedback, and you guys deserves *****.

This is a great place to get infusions. The place is immaculate including restrooms. Every single staff member is nice. The nurses are very good at explaining what it happening and making sure you are comfortable down to heated blankets. They check in on you all of the time. There are reminder calls for appointments and opportunities opportunities to ask any questions. I had a reaction to one of my infusions that had nothing to do with them ( it can happen with this medicine) - they were quick to respond and helped me with all of my ailments. Going forward, we created a plan to help avoid this in the future. They have my trust and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you for the great care!

I just had surgery a few days ago, and I must say I'm very impressed with how the Procedure went and the whole staff from the Loma Linda surgical hospital team. I definitely give them a 5⭐, if I could give them more I definitely would!!!! Dr Ioffe and her team where awesome, my life was in there hands and they did a great job. I definitely recommend Loma Linda surgical Hospital along with Dr Ioffe and her team! The Nurses there where also great and made my time there very comfortable and well taken care of, I had a few nurses there and I cant remember there names but they where all great people and loving. There was one nurse overall that did stand out and her name was Natalya, she was so awesome!!!! She was very caring, loving, understanding and extremely funny. I had her all 3 days during the day and she really would make me very comfortable and attentive towards my needs. Loma Linda your facility and staff are great thank you for everything you all did for me and my family .

My son has complications from a TBI and Dr Tarver has been amazing with him. He is calm and gentle, which is the only way Michael will respond to someone. Dr Tarver has been wonderful in explaining everything that is available to Michael and in suggesting on what to do next.

Lobby seems nice good ac and comfortable chairs clean bathroom . Like the text what stage is your love one is in . So you don't have to worry about being in lobby from everyone. Nice check in system

Received the best care from everyone at this hospital. The RNs, PCAs, Charge RN, MDs, Residents, Hospitality and Dieticians ALL made my experience the best it could be. I had surgery and stayed 2 nights. I was well taken care of. The team was of the best and very knowledgeable and experienced. They didn’t miss a thing. My day RN was a huge advocate for me and made sure the MD and Residents were up to speed on my progress and concerns. Her name was Alex. She was spectacular. Place is well kept and very clean. My room was peaceful and they cared a lot about my rest. Thanks to everyone who cared for me.

I know we are in the middle of Covid but my dad is having surgery today for cancer. We have been here before for the same reason and it was great but today was not good. We were told to be here and check in at 10:30. We got here earlier than that as we live in Murrieta and wanted to make sure we got here in time. My dad checked in and of course no one else is allowed in with him to help, which is fine. But we had to wait in the car and then my mom needed to use the restroom. Well they will not allow anyone to use the public restroom in the lobby but there are 2 ladies waiting in the lobby. It is 2pm we haven’t heard anything as to his progress , not even a text like before. So my son went to go check at the front desk and he has not even had surgery yet!!! Waiting out in the car no bathrooms no updates!! And it’s mid July!! There has to be a better way.

I was surprised at how kind and friendly the entire staff was that I met on my previous visits to the center for care. The rooms for infusions were impressive with the amount of privacy provided to patience appreciated.

I was treated with such care and respect. The food was delicious. The staff treated me so well. I recommend this place to everyone!
