I’m a bit surprised of much negative reviews. I have been coming here since 2008, never had any issue from anyone. Staff and Doctors are courteous and respectful, they listened to my concerns. Their office opens at 10am. And most times, I am able to get seen before lunch. My primary physician is Dr Chai.

I have been to this doctors office twice and was trying to make another appointment today. After learning that I changed my insurance company the lazy receptionist decided that they don’t take my ppo anymore. Checked with my insurance and their website and they do take my insurance... so I called back to have them recheck my ins and was immediately put on hold. Ended up hanging up because of how long they kept me on hold. The is office does not return calls and is very rude when they do take the call. There is no warmth, empathy, or understanding when you explain that you really need them to call you back because you need care.

I've been going to this practice for over 5 years. My children have also gone here. Out of the many visits we've had, the staff has always been helpful, prompt, and polite. The doctor's are great. I've never been in the waiting room longer than 10 minutes.

I called looking for a new primary care and spoke to Molly who questioned me about everything, asked what city i lived. I’m surprised she didn’t ask me the color of my skin this office is racist. After she supposebly verified my eligibility stated I had to pay $100 for a office visit. I called my insurance as I have PPO and knew that $100 did not sound right and they assure me my office visit was $25 not sure why Molly would make up such a price but I felt since the minute I spoke to her she was trying to find ways to turn me away . I decided to take my business elsewhere .
