Everything and everyone, from start to finish, was outstanding! From Irene's pleasant greeting as I arrived, to Brooklyn's excellent care and information, to Terry's exceptional medical service...I couldn't be more pleased with West Dermatology. I also loved the easy eForms and streamlined paperless technology that they use. I look forward to my next visit and will highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Originally, my mom made an appointment with Terry Santiago for a spot that she found on her face, which ended up being basil cell cancer. Terry made our entire family feel so comfortable and safe, and ensured us that everything was going to be okay. Because of the excellent, positive experience that we had with my mom during her office visit, my dad and I switched from our dermatologist in Maui over to a west Dermatology. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire staff and our experience!

Mrs. Santiago has been treating me for almost a whole year and believe me when I tell you this woman is awesome!!! She doesn't hesistate when she makes her diagnosis and she is quick. I love being able to see her and her MA Ms. Charlotte when I visit.
