All of the staff from the front desk to the x-ray technician to Dr Hadley were very professional. I felt very comfortable with Dr Hadley's analysis. They all treated me with great respect and kindness.

Dr. Hadley performed my total right shoulder replacement in April of this year. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Hadley himself is a very personable guy who explained the procedure clearly in lay terms. He was precise and took his time to make sure the complicated surgery was done perfectly. I am way ahead of schedule in my recovery and anticipate full use of the new shoulder for my many athletic interests. Dr. Hadley is a gifted surgeon and a great human being.

Dr Hadley is great! But I did not appreciate the 1 1/2 hour wait for him. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was told he was running on time and would see me soon. About 20 minutes after my appointment time I was taken back to room. 45 minutes after that I asked and was told he didn't forget me, I was next. 20 minutes later I was about to leave saw him going into next room and was told that was just a quick injection and he would be right in. Very frustrating waiting that long especially after being til he was running on time. All that after they confirmed appointment time with me at least 3 times prior to appointment date.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hadley for over 2 years. He is the best!! Just had my shoulder surgery yesterday. He is very honest and explains everything!! If I could get him 10 stars. I would. He is amazing!!!!)

Dr. Hadley is great! The bummer is Arrowhead overbooks appointments and it makes for long wait times and schedules overbooked so you end up waiting for a month or more to be seen!
