Low cost health provider. It’s not Kaiser or UCLA Med CTR, but they diagnose and provide referrals to tier one specialist’s if needed. Prescriptions and preventative care are prescribed on a timely basis. I’ve received good care.

Don't waste your time with this place. They never pick up the phone , Unfortunately I have to deal with this because my one year old needs an appointment as soon as possible. Can't change doctors due to the one month wait to be seen with my insurance. This is ridiculous. How is this place still open ? If you aren't accepting new patients SAY THAT. Now I don't have any other option but to wait for these people to pick up the phone just to schedule an appointment.

The facility is the worst service ever I have seen. They never picked up phone calls hour after hours. I went to in person and they didn’t let me make an appointment. I have called them continuously 3 days, but they never picked up. I don’t recommend this health care.

My kids pediatrician is GREAT other than that.. this place is a poor excuse for medical treatment … they don’t even come half way to meeting the minimum standard of care. They are rude never smile and act like you’re are interrupting them to do their job. Find another office you’ll die a slow painful death at the rate anything gets done

(THIS IS FOR THE INGLEWOOD LOCATION)My experience here has always been helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to SHIRLEY who helps with patient technical services. I have spoken with her MANY times and she is ALWAYS kind, helpful, quick, and really goes out of her way to assist the patient(s) with their needs. She tries to take care of the work so you have to do less calling, asking, etc. which is truly a rare quality. She is also extremely thorough and checks in - and again always with a sweet nature. I'm sure she has to deal with many patients throughout the day- and she does so with genuine care. I hope management can recognize and acknowledge her efforts in some way- she most definitely deserves it. Thank you Shirley. It's because of people like you that make a place feel like somewhere we want to go.

Another scheduled appointment that this company failed to complete, lets not forget i have been trying to get a MASS removed from the FRONT of my forehead it's the size of a golfball and all they seem to do is ignore and give the run around, i will be filing my complaint as this has been on going and i've been stuck chasing the carrot at the end of the stick.this isn't how you treat others, especially those with medical emergencies.

the whole company is terrible, I have never had to deal with such incompetent people until being forced to choose one of these people as my Primary just so i can get my surgery done elsewhere, yet im taking covid test too early for my surgery, files not being put into the system, important meetings being postponed and just terrible customer service in general.update: Almost a month after the cancelled surgery i still have no support. Heed my warning DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.They really do not do their job, there is no reason for the person who "sends referrals" to never answer their phone and have a full mailbox regardless of when you try, i have a god damn mass on my forehead causing me headaches and just uncomfortable and these people treat your life like a game, i don't like to use the word hate but I hate the decision i made using this awful company

Dr Urone is so nice, intelligent and caring. The staff I interacted with are sweet and knowledgeable. I recommend this location.

Horrendous experience all the way around. Might have better luck in Tijuana.
