I made an appointment with this office and had to wait 2 months to be seen. One week before my appointment I get a message on my answering machine asking me to call back to res-chedule the appointment I waited 2 months for...When I call they old me their next available appointment is in October.....that make it 4 months to see the Doctor. Seriously? not even a little effort to accommode me by getting me an appointment sooner since after all I am not the one who ask to reschedule? I have to wait another 2 months? Oh wait..that not all...the lady on the phone told me that if I didn't want to wait that long I could call another OBGYN...Obviously!

This was my first visit to Dr. Fluellen. It had been about fours years since last exam and she made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions. Took her time. I wish all doctors were like her. Her office staff was great, made you feel at ease, curtious. Would highly recommend.
