I had a very good experience being a patient at the clinic. Dr.Ziegler is very knowledgeable and is willing to listen to my allergy problems. My daughter made an appointment for me to talk to her due to my unresolved problems with allergies while in Thailand. After 4 visits and being prescribed medication, I feel almost 1000% better now. I am ready to travel back to Thailand again. Thank you Dr. Ziegler and all staff at Redondo Beach Riviera Allergy Medical Center.

Dr. Ziegner is fantastic! She is a professional who really knows exactly what she is doing. She has helped me tremendously, and I would recommend her to anyone. Appointments are on time, and her staff always goes the extra mile for their patients. Dr Ziegner and the entire staff are very friendly and considerate. I couldn't be happier.

娘のアレルギーでこの病院へ通って3ヶ月が経ちました。小児科も専門にしている先生なので、子供への対応も優しく丁寧です。 以前通っていたアレルギー科でエピペンを処方されたのですが、先生から使い方等の説明は一切ありませんでした。 しかし、ここの病院へ来て「エピペンの使い方や保存方法は知ってる？」と聞かれ、丁寧に説明して下さいました。 一時帰国の予定を話したら、直ぐに「飛行機にエピペンを持ち込めるようにレターを作るわね」と対応して下さいました。 また、ポータルサイトで検査結果等を確認したり質問できるのも便利だなと思いました。 私のつたない英語でご迷惑おかけしてると思うのですが、この病院に出会えて良かったかなと思います。

This is the worst allergist I’ve ever been to!! Her bed side manner is off and her office decor is very outdated !!! (Pictures from 2003 all over the office even the bathroom)!!!. I got a skin test done with Doctor Ziegner which I was waiting a hour and some change to be as her staff called it (READ)….and was allergic to citrus😳, I’ve never had an allergy to citrus or noticed as per Doctor Ziegner “itching of the mouth”, “stomach pain”, and closing of the throat!!!. I was shocked by what I was allergic to and the response from Doctor Ziegner was ‘’COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS’’!!!!. you should never tell your patients anything in that manner.Her staff is very polite her receptionist Taylor and office manager Krista are true delights. Krista made sure questions were answered thorough and the receptionist Taylor made sure my appointments fit my schedule and my specialty copay was accurate. Stay away from this place unless you want three hour long appointments and testing that will ruin your skin permanently in the long run. P.S.A -staff working in that office should run!!!
