Usa Mobile Drug Testing's Online Review Report Card

I’m giving this office a zero star strictly for the misinformation on this page. The phone number given can not reach the office and they do not accept walk-ins. When I brought it up with the nurse receptionist, she said they already told whoever is in charge of the misinformation. Only visit this business if you made an appointment online.

The staff at this location are rude and extremely unhelpful, lazy and turned my post pregnant wife away twice. We had lab orders / doctors orders both times but the staff was lazy to call the doctors office to confirm and to research the requisition number. The requisition number was sent multiple times to the Quest central database. Even with an appointment they still did not go the extra mile to call the doctor to confirm (a 20 second call). I am shocked that an elite lab corporation hires such people. Poorest customer service we've ever experienced.

can't even get a real person on the phone or chat....worst <1 on the function of the web site, and real life, whatever that is right now, is worthless too....easier to just have a witch doctor do it.....

There’s a reason why this location receives such low rating. The front desk is a bit rude about the check-in process, the greet could be better delivered. I usually go to the Skypark location and will keep this location as last resort.

Quest Diagnostics is my only option for a lab with my medical insurance. As I walked into this location during business hours this afternoon, I was informed that they don't accept walk in appointments. On Quest Diagnostics website as of TODAY, there isn't anywhere that states that this location does not accept walk in appointments. The phone number listed on Google as well Quest's website is incorrect as it routes to Quest in Atkinson New Hampshire. It is absurd that a lab of this size is so incredibly difficult to work with.

Avoid this site and book elsewhere if you can.Rude, unhelpful & uncommunicative front desk. Both occasions visited, arrived at scheduled time , waited 20+ minutes.Receptionist could not figure out tests ordered ( standard genetic maternity testing) . Instead of asking questions, which I could have answered , was told to wait while she made calls to figure it out.One of 3 standard testing kits required was not available because 'they ran out' , was told to go to another location.Admin is mess, was served bill that should have gone to insurance, upon checking with provider, they never received it.

The lady at the front is rude and very unsympathetic. Every time I come here for bloodwork with an appointment, they behind schedule. My appointment was five minutes ago and I haven’t even checked in yet. People in the waiting room, in the hall…idk. Service used to be great here. Not anymore.

I would give them No Stars. The lady at the front is RUDE!!!!! She could use a class on how to treat people. I came to help my husband I was rudely told to leave. She would not let me explain why I was with him. Oh an being fully vaccinated masked doesn't matter. I will never return to this location

Horrible staff. Lady in the front is very rude, waited almost 20 minutes for them to tell me that they don’t do drug screening here. She had a horrible attitude, I see why they have horrible reviews. In the future they should let everyone know that they don’t do drug screening here.
