My Dad could have done a better job on wrapping my crushed finger than Dr. Ladd’s care and instructions to PT. Tendon torn, knuckle crushed and jammed, 2nd bone broken. Dr. Ladd is an excellent surgeon, but communication through the MyHealth App is quite poor. Her assistant is slow to respond. Also it’s not possible to talk to the radiologist even though their seems to be a discrepancy with the radiological report and Dr. Ladd’s clinical notes. It goes unresolved. I have given up. As a health care professional myself, I have learned that doctor-patient communication is paramount and unfortunately in this instance it is certainly poor.

Wait times are way too long everytime. Can wait up to two hours! Impossible to get appointments. This is the slowest doctor I have ever experienced!
