Had my first consultation with Michaela today. I thought she was super informative, she gave me advice about products i already have. She didnt try to sell me unnecessary stuff. Although i did buy one product she recommended she wasn't really pushy about it! I also have a complicated health history and that fact that she is willing to work with me slowly, and not just sell me any treatments really helped establish a rapport with me. The appointment was so productive. I was so impressed!

Maddie is absolutely the best beautician I've ever had in the Bay Area! Every time she finishes the hydrafacial for me, my skin feels rejuvenated and glowing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain products and treatments. Her recommendations have made a real difference in my skin’s health and appearance. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your skin, I highly recommend Maddie!

Had the best experience at Skin Love Medspa. Dr. Jackie, Maddie and the rest of the team took great care of me and my grandma. We trust Maddie with all of our hydrafacial needs! Dr. Jackie did my ultherapy and her kindness throughout the procedure helped distract me from the discomfort. I have been coming to see Dr. J Cheng in Saratoga and since she opened a clinic in Redwood City, I followed her there. She provides down to earth advice on treatment plans. She takes the conservative approach and so far she’s always right and I am loving the results. Her staff Celeste and Maddie are extremely helpful and responsive.

I tried to set up an appt from an add on instagram and never got a call back. When I tried to reply to the email it bounced back. Frustrating because now the other place I was going to try is booked. This was four days ago
