Dr. Chu was an amazing partner through my torn acl recovery journey. She was always very informative about what my injury was and what my options were. Would highly recommend.

I've been suffering with severe knee pain and after months of research I decided to pay a visit to Dr. Chu for a second opinion. because of my insurance and limitations , it took me a long time and many phone calls to get the authorization to see Dr.Chu. I was rejected and was told that she can refer me to a different surgeon without any explanations . She did not give me even the respect to at least see me and look at my X-ray and MRI to determine that. I find this extremely unprofessional and disgusting that physicians like her have absolutely no empathy for others .thats a shame and I hope one day she could be a better person and learn about respect! SHAME!!!
