Lo que me gustaría compartir es que las secretarias y recepcionistas de la clínica necesitan un curso de atención al cliente por que la mayoría de ellas son impacientes y te atienden de mala manera, no sonríen y parece que están estresadas de hacer su trabajo, si no les gusta atender al cliente estaría mejor que consiguieran un trabajo que las hiciera felices o les diera más satisfacción.

You wait for hours even if you have an appointment

For the past couple weeks i been trying to make an appointment using the main number they have on file NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE CALL! Stuck waiting more than 30 min and I eventually click. This location either needs to update their contact availability or have different extensions because whatever they got going is not working especially when it is important to some of us to make an appointment. I don’t feel taken care of at this location and moving forward this is the worst place on how they manage care for people. Staff is always rude and stuck up. Why are you in this field if you are not willing to consider peoples health needs!?!?? Their hours are not up to date either how is this location renovated and not updated to its standards. Waste of community money on this location.
