He is the best neurosurgeon . He is really friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, nice and caring about patients !!! He is very sharp and fast with confidence which makes the patient feel comfortable. We’re all very lucky to have him as a specialist in the Kaiser hospital!

Dr. Chao performed surgery on my neck removing a cyst on my C 5 and 6 that was causing numbness in my arms and hands. After a few weeks the numbness went away and I’ve completely recovered. He is an excellent surgeon that I highly recommend at Kaiser Redwood City.
