Pacific Coast Dermatology & Wellness Center's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Khosla, and, trying to coordinate my availability and hers, it was several weeks out. While it was not an urgent issue (something I had been intending to discuss with a dermatologist for years…), I was hoping to have it resolved as soon as possible. Dr. Khosla added me to a waitlist, and I ended up being able to see her the same week. The office itself is great; very calming and welcoming. The visit was well-coordinated, and Dr. Khosla was able to assess my skin concern and perform the related procedure during the same visit. Thank you, Dr. Khosla!

If I could leave a lower review I would. My issue is with the fact that they do not have an efficient system to track payments. It’s been months since my last visit, and I continue to receive alerts stating I have a balance due. I called the corporate office about a month ago to correct their issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I have received yet again another text stating I have a balance due. I would hate that my credit was affected due to their inability to track payments. This is also not the first time I’ve had to deal with this problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Khosla for my skin for 5+ years now & I don't trust anyone else! As a brown woman - I struggle with hyperpigmentation & scarring from acne. Dr. Khosla has helped me with both proactive & reactive treatment for these skin issues. My skin has completely transformed for the better under her care. Can't recommend enough.

The warm, welcoming environment in Dr. Khosla’s office is ideal for Lauren Scott’s style of care. Lauren Scott, DNP, has a gentle, delicate touch with an artist’s eye for detail and balance. She has created a carefully crafted map for a long term procedure plan as I age. I am delighted and enlivened by her artistry and the joy of being her patient. Being just shy of 65 years alive, aging has been a pleasure in her hands.

Lauren Scott is amazing! As a first time filler patient I was a bit nervous but Lauren is extremely experienced, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. I had under eye filler and the process was quick and near painless. I had zero bruising or swelling afterwards and I am thrilled with the results! I will be coming back to Lauren for all my fillers and skincare concerns in the future!

Lauren Scott is the best. She has been taking care of my skin for years. She has honest recommendations and will not try to sell you on something you do not need. I’m very particular about my skin and I trust her.

I love Dr. Khosla and all the staff at Pacific Coast Dermatology! They all are very friendly and wonderful to talk to. It’s always a fun experience and I look forward to my visits. I’ve gotten Secret Radio Frequency/micro needling w/ platelet rich plasma, which I’ve seen improvements to my skin quality and elasticity. Thankfully Dr. Khosla offers a package deal of three treatments, so you can save $450. I also plan to come back in the Fall for C02 laser to treat my post summer hyperpigmentation. And the new location in Menlo Park will be open by then too. Can’t wait to come back again.

I've been going to PCD for about 3 years now for both medical and cosmetic procedures. I am always impressed by the kindness and care everyone on the staff shows. Isabelle in particular has been so knowledgable, patient and clear whenever I need assistance or guidance. I can't recommend this office and Dr. Khosla enough!

Lauren Scott is the best! I followed her from her last clinic to this one. She is so knowledgeable and makes her clients feel so comfortable. I’ve gone to her for Botox and for lip filler (virgin lips), and they turned out so good!! I can’t wait to come back
