Amazing experience! Not having health insurance during our first pregnancy made my partner and I very stressed and filled with uncertainty but everyone at RealOptions OBRIA Medical Clinics of Redwood City made us feel at ease and were very supportive of our emotions and made the whole process very comfortable and exciting. Thank you RealOptions OBRIA Medical Clinics for all your help and for making our experience very memorable.

Gracias por su atención y por toda la ayuda que le brindan a las mujeres en general y sobre todo a las mujeres hispanas que no hablan muy bien inglés. Desearía que en mi País hubieran mas instituciones cómo estás donde te hacen sentir realmente segura y apoyada. La atención sin duda alguna fue 10/10 todo el personal es muy amoroso y totalmente empatico. Lo recomiendo 100% un abrazo para todas que Dios las bendiga!

I wanted to give this office a 10/10 service, I am a Kaiser patient but this clinic service and care was more above & beyond than expected. I came here for a piece of mind for my self I’ve had a miscarriage before now that I am pregnant again it’s actually hard not to think something bad like is the baby ok I wonder if it has a heart beat. I started googling & I found there page what caught my attention was same day appointments etc for the reason that Kaiser had given me a late January appointment & honestly I couldn’t wait anymore. I loved there service it was just different than a regular doctor appointment I was very smooth as soon as I entered the clinic door I just felt at ease it’s hard to described the staff was talking to me like they knew me already very cheerful & happy I forget one of the staff member name but i was telling her my story about my past misscariage how I felt and why I was here she asked me if i was ok for her to say a prayer for me to me that was just like wow I loved it it was a peaceful clinic I was able to get an ultrasound and hear my baby heartbeat the nurse was outgoing as well they treated me like someone they knew for a long time not just a patient. Please visit them & find out your self what I am talking about I totally recommend them

If you are looking for an abortion or real abortion resources, do not come here. This is a faith based organization that does not do nor refer abortions. First thing I noticed was that the receptionist had a blanket with a lot of Bible verses on it. Also on the walls. They also had pamphlets on forgotten fathers and abortion reversals. The ladies were nice and I saw that they had a lot of during pregnancy and post birth resources and help. However, this organization is extremely misleading and is only really helpful if you want to be pregnant.

I visited RealOptions to get a pregnancy ultrasound. It was a great experience. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and caring. Even though, I didn't have any insurance coverage at the time of my visit, the out of pocket cost was very reasonable for me. At the end of my visit, I was provided with the photos of the ultrasound and a cute gift for my baby. I strongly recommend RealOptions clinic for future moms. Also, the clinic is very clean and welcoming. I loved the Christmas decoration!
