Dr Ding is a wonderful dentist and his facility is brand new. Don’t let the location in the Target shopping center fool you. This is a first class organization.

I had a great experience for my dental cleaning. It was my first time at the newer location in Redwood City. It was bright and clean and everyone was very friendly. Jose explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very courteous, patient, and did a great job (the best cleaning I’ve had). Dr. Ding was great as well, friendly and again took his time and didn’t rush through the exam. I felt like they actually care about you as a patient (when I first walked in the room, Jose greeted me by name) and not just another customer they want in and out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend coming here and will continue to have my dental care done here.

First off: swankiest dentistry I’ve ever been to! You feel like you’ve walked into some exclusive spa. Beautiful, clean interior design.Secondly, they’ve got their COVID protocols down, which makes you feel very safe.And lastly and most importantly, top notch professional and friendly staff! From the receptionist to my outstanding dentist, I was treated like a human being first and a paying customer second. I had a great time chatting and received excellent dental care.100% will come again and refer friends and family!

I came here for an emergency chipped tooth/filling and Dr Chou and Sami fixed me up in 1 sitting - which would have normally required 2, and it’s right before the holidays so i am so very grateful. Truly great customer service and expertise. It was quite the ordeal, but they made it as comfortable as possible and i sensed they really knew what they were doing. They explained everything to me and involved me in the discussion. Great care here, i am so pleased with Smile craft. I’ll keep coming back!

My first time seeing Dr.Ding at this location. The customer service was more than 5 stars! The staff was very welcoming and friendly! The office is immaculate. My temperature was taken right before stepping into the office and was walked right into the visit room. The are following all protocols for COVID which made me feel safe. I highly recommend seeing Dr.Ding at his new location.
