They take a long time to attend but it is worth the wait. They check my children well and prescribe good medicine. It is the only thing that takes a while to see the patients but everything else is fine Tardan mucho para atender pero vale la pena la espera chequean bien amis niños y recetan buena medicina. Es lo único que tardan un poco para aver a los pacientes pero lo demás todo bien

With an appointment you still have to wait 2-4hours! Even if you come early or not prepare to wait 2-4 hours for these doctors. Maybe this doctor should hire a manager to run his clinic instead of trying to do it all!

I grew up going to United health center in Parlier and they are always so on top of appointments they always take notes so when you go again they remember exactly who you are and your past concerns . And for some reason I thought this dr was gonna be even better because they take just children but I was wrong .They don’t care about the patient I had to constantly call and see when my sons next appointment was or when his next shot was do.I took my son in many times for the same concern and his answer was always the same like yes you told me that the past 5 times I have brought him in ,I've tried it and he’s still having issues he never remembered us .And don’t get me wrong I know he sees many patients but if they actually cared they would keep track of things by taking notes. I changed my son to Parlier clinic and I instantly saw the difference .

One star not for their healtcare but for service. waited over an hour after they sat us in a room that’s with an appointment. I couldn’t wait anymore so we just walked out.

If I could, I'd give negative stars. 1 1/2-2 hr wait for scheduled appointments is unacceptable. The provider has no respect for the patients. Schedule less patients, if you can't properly manage them with the staffing levels you have. Over-scheduling to funnel more money is horrendous! I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Dr Garcia and Amu, amazing. We haven’t been seeing them long but can’t say enough about what we’ve experienced so far. Highly recommend! Karina at the front desk is amazing too!!

I really like this clinic

So last week we came in as a walk in. I transferred my son to Dr. Javier’s office because his primary doctor wasn’t accepting walk-ins at the time.. The receptionist are so unprofessional! NO SOCIAL SKILLS!!! The only thing I felt was okay was the nurse practitioner that seen us was handsome. Anyways, I made it clear on exactly what pharmacy we use. They sent it to another. When I called the doctors office to see why my pharmacy hadn’t received it. They advised me that they had sent it to another pharmacy. If I would rather just picked it up there. I asked them if they could please sent it to the one I had requested when they asked. She began to get rude like if it was my fault!! Well, a week later I am here with my son on his follow up appointment we have been WAITING for about 1hour and 45min. When I went to the front to ask how long was the waiting period she looked at me confuse wasn’t able to find my sons paperwork. So, after I went to go complain they finally took us to the back just so we can wait there longer. NEVER AGAIN will be back here.

Quality Pediatrician, one of the last places to get a thorough examination by a Dr. You know and who will know your child. Also takes time to keep you informed on health issues that may affect your child and is more than willing to answer any questions you have.

If your planning on going here be ready for a 2-4 hr wait with or without an appointment. Love the Dr but it’s not worth waiting that much time
