Pulak Agrawal's Online Review Report Card

I absolutely love this clinic. Doctor Pulak is really nice and the lady at the front desk is always nice and very helpful. I've taken my son there for years and we always have a really nice experience.

My girls love Dr. Agrawal and so do I! The staff up front are so rude! They are rude when you are there and rude on the phone not to mention they take forever to answer the phone even though there is 1 or no callers in front of you! This is the first line of contact and communication for patients. I have contemplated switching just to not experience the rudeness or go through that stressful event!

WHAT A BAD SERVICE!! RUDE PEOPLE!! The girls at the windows are very rude and have a bad attitude! I was waiting to go to my medical appointment and the girl at the window talking very loudly with another girl laughing and talking as if they were in the park did not seem like a clinic waiting room! Those girls are not polite it seems that there is no supervisor in that place and if you call one that you don't have an appointment those girls treat you very badly I will never go to that place of girls as rude as if they were they don't pay salary for kindly serving people BAD PLACE

Amazing doctor ! Dr Agrawal is such an amazing pediatrician and treats my baby so well ❤️ Also the wait time is never long we are in and out quick

Lady in the front is nice but oh boy they take such a long time to answer the phone and it just seems so sloooooow here all the time. Considering of going somewhere else now. I took my toddler one time for her appt and while in one of the rooms waiting for the medical assistant and dr took such a long time. The workers didn’t seem busy but seemed that they were talking among themselves and laughing. 😩

Very disappointed by the way they communicate to others. My wife and I took both our girls for shots since we didn’t wanted to take them in different days on different weeks. So got off early from work ….WE took them and got told only 1 parent per kid or we could have separate rooms. My wife got told otherwise last time just very disappointing how this has handled don’t know if the girl was having a bad day or what was up but she should of told us in a nicer way. Needed to walk out before snapping at them.

Very disappointed in how this office is ran , it literally take about 4 days to try and get thru to anyone there, at time when you let phone ring or placed on hold you get directing to answering service and they have said I was not the first to complain they can't seem to understand why they dont answer anyone's calls, i wish i had a manager or supervisor to speak to , to put in a complain but what's the point of no one's ever answers anyone's phone calls
