Place is a joke. Had an appointment thinking I had a dental cleaning, but they only checked my teeth and that’s about it. Nothing else, I had to set up another appointment JUST for the cleaning. Ridiculous.

Had a slip and fall clinic wouldn't see me because 3rd party was involved. 3rd party is self insured so they just send me $$ to settle medical bills so I filed medical lien in which I agree to send $$ directly to the state when settled to cover medical bills. Clinic apparently doesn't have knowledge of how this works and I still have not received treatment after 3 weeks.

None of the people working there are professional is so sad that they have rude people working there it looks like they do not know what they are doing. Hope they can improve it.

Cannot get through on phone lines. 2 days on hold for over an hour before hanging up. Tried to schedule appt online with no follow up from them. Had to go to the facility to get an appt. for a very painful toothache. Dentist looked at my tooth and diagnosed it with a guess. Was told I needed to come back, 1 month later, at that time they will "open up my tooth" to determine what the cause of pain is. Sent me to the new onsite pharmacy to get ibuprofen and antibiotics. Tried to pickup and wasn't ready. Before I could come back I got a call and was told that my insurance wasn't accepted at the pharmacy and asked where they could transfer it to. Ridiculous, what was the point. Total waste of time.

Don't worry about trying to make an appointment. If your sick you'll probably either die or heal before getting an appointment. Plus you'll need to be swabbed for covid before you are NOT seen. Absolutely a joke of a medical practice

The wait time, with appointment is ridiculous. Waited over an hour and a half. That's with an appointment. On a follow up. Will be looking some where else to take my kids.

They pack the day with patients that you have to wait in the lobby for an hour or longer until they get you in a room just to make you wait even more to see the Dr.

No examination or imaging. The PA only stood back and guessed. My symptoms persist daily. Now, I have no money to pay for another visit because I can't work with the on going seizure like symptoms. I strongly suggest a real medical doctor over my experience.
