Dr Garcia and Amu, amazing. We haven’t been seeing them long but can’t say enough about what we’ve experienced so far. Highly recommend! Karina at the front desk is amazing too!!

So last week we came in as a walk in. I transferred my son to Dr. Javier’s office because his primary doctor wasn’t accepting walk-ins at the time.. The receptionist are so unprofessional! NO SOCIAL SKILLS!!! The only thing I felt was okay was the nurse practitioner that seen us was handsome. Anyways, I made it clear on exactly what pharmacy we use. They sent it to another. When I called the doctors office to see why my pharmacy hadn’t received it. They advised me that they had sent it to another pharmacy. If I would rather just picked it up there. I asked them if they could please sent it to the one I had requested when they asked. She began to get rude like if it was my fault!! Well, a week later I am here with my son on his follow up appointment we have been WAITING for about 1hour and 45min. When I went to the front to ask how long was the waiting period she looked at me confuse wasn’t able to find my sons paperwork. So, after I went to go complain they finally took us to the back just so we can wait there longer. NEVER AGAIN will be back here.

Como pediatra es muy bueno pero la verdad. Duran demasiado aún cuando tienes Cita que te hagan esperar 2 a 3 horas es demasiado. El doctor debería poner más atención a su personal. 😡😡😡😡😡

If your planning on going here be ready for a 2-4 hr wait with or without an appointment. Love the Dr but it’s not worth waiting that much time
