Go somewhere else. No COVID protocols (aside from masks). And when I asked the assistant to clean/ disinfect my eyeglasses after handling them herself, she sharply corrected me while doing so saying it was unnecessary. The Dr.’s a joke. Rude, and unprofessional. He wrote me the same prescription for eyeglasses that I’ve had for the last 3 years, even after I repeatedly told him I constantly have trouble seeing properly with the current lenses. Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience with another opthamologist. So I was scared. DR.Zdenek and his warm staff at once put me at ease.I ended up because of covid very bad cataracts. They made me not to be able to see.I went to him with little hope and thanks to him, his staff and the surgeon who did the surgery I can see and thanks to him I now have a quality of life that I did not have before. He really listens and is very compassionate. I like that his office is very transparent with fees etc. The other DR was charging me $1200 which my coverage would not pay.I had no choice of a lower price package. My coverage only will not pay $55.00. His expertise on dry eyes have also helped make a big difference.I was so used to my dry eyes that at first my eyes felt a bit weird but his treatment has really lowered my eye pain.

Hes like a used car salesman. If you pay in cash they will give you a discount. I paid a few thousand dollars to get lasik done on both of my eyes and 3 years later I cant see out of my right eye. When i asked them about it they said beggars cant be choosers. I was so mad. They want more money to fix my right eye or $500 for contacts for my right eye. This place was a mistake. I missed seeing my wedding, honeymoon and birth of my baby because I still cant see out of my right eye. Beware they are true used car salesman here. They told me well you can see out of your left eye though right? Such a big mistake on my part. Find another place to fix your eyes.

One the best Doctors I have ever been to...so caring and so knowledgeable with a wonderful, kind staff. He put so much time explaining and didn't rush in and out of our time with him. I took my son for the injury and he was so scared but the staff and Dr. Z made him so comfortable...love him.

Over priced and the numbers come out of nowhere, I felt like they were trying to sell me a car or a timeshare. It seemed shady with where the numbers came from as well. The visits alone are really expensive and any other Doctor is way less and better. Doctors aren't supposed to be like car salesman. This place is sneaky. I will never refer anyone to them. I still can't see.

My husband, kids and I have been patients of Dr. Zdenek for many years. He's an expert in his field and is very courteous and professional at all times. His staff is friendly and always willing to help. I definitely recommend Dr. Zdenek and his staff.

I saw Dr. Zdenek last month for a condition in my eye that no doctor could have diagnose. Finally I went to Dr. Zdenek and he was able to perform all thetest to at lease tell me what is wrong with my eyes. He used the most up to date technology and I am very gratefull to trust him with my eyes.
