O stars if I could. First 2 times I went I had a good experience for regular checkups but when I went to see why my baby had diarrhea phlegm he didnt like his formula all he said was that hes okay. And I would be talking and he would talk over me then my baby was crying and he seemed irritated and left me alone in the room. Not coming back here againBut staff is always nice

Don’t know why this has bad reviews I been going to Dr.Delfin Daño since I had my kids34yrs old and I love their doctor and their staff are very friendly especially to my children. I love how they are remodeling their who office looks more clean and has an inviting feel. I just wish they wouldn’t charge $7 for each paper work to fill out but other that can’t complain

The ladies at the front desk of his office are very disrespectful and rude they talk about patients in front of other patients and never have a good attitude would not recommend going here.

Horrible doctor I dont know how he can be a pediatrician. He is dismissive of concerns. I brought my son for a physical we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and we had to wait an hour after our scheduled appointment before being called in. His complete physical was less than 5 minutes and when I brought up the issue of my son throwing up he said it was normal without asking anything. When I tried to address this with him he said I had to make another appointment. I will not be returning. Although the doctor is horrible I have to give it up to the staff. They are amazing. Wish they had a better doctor to work with.

Both of my kids have been going to him since birth my oldest will be 7 so that’s 7 years we have been going to him and he is very friendly and his staff is friendly to one of the best pediatrician in Rialto

Dr. Dano is a good doctor to my little girl but the way they run the office is really disorganized. Takes multiple calls for someone to answer a phone and when they make your appointment for 900am its for you and 7 other people. So everyone is stuck in their small little waiting room that barely holds 10 people and people wait out in the hall way outside the waiting room because there is no place to sit. If they were more organized and accommodated their patients better I would have given a 5 star rating.

They need people with better customer service skills to answer the phones. Rude AF

Everything stated in the other reviews is 100% accurate. I would also add that this man can not keep a schedule to save his life. Have a 900 apt plan on spending 45 min waiting because he wont get to the office until 930. Meanwhile the waiting room hallways jammed packed with 8 families who also have 930 apts. Once in for the exam hell asks if therere any concerns where he immediately cuts you off to tell you No thats normal. So after 3yrs we finally had enough found a new dr.

Dr Dano has been my oldest sons pediatrician since he was born. He is twelve years old now. I take all my kids here hes the best.The staff is always kind to me. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone.
