The supervisor in the rialto clinic is always there, but she like to fight and argue with patients in person and on the phone. If you go to manager for help, be prepared to get a teenage attitude and argument from her. She wont even give you a straight answer. The manager is a big time joke. I called to schedule an appointment for one of kids and the manager answered the phone with a bad attitude. She asked for my kid date of birth and she said that she couldn't schedule me an appointment until 4/21/22 for physical and she couldn't tell me what vaccines my kid needs and she said that she had to go ask an MA to let her know what vaccines they are missing. Who puts these people in charge? Family practice at this place is horrible, they are always on the defensive mode and not willing to help any patients especially the manager who is VERY RUDE and unprofessional when helping to schedule an appointment. If you are making appointments in this clinic don't do it because you be waiting about 2 to 3 weeks and all the good MA that i know were let go or left because the management is HORRIBBLE always in a BAD MOOD. Receptionist is rude. They also did not have masks and so they told my sister she needed to leave because she did not have one. In prior encounters they provided her with one. How does a medical facility not have masks and no solution for people who do not have one?

En está clínica yo me atendí durante todo el embarazo y debo decier que las enfermeras son muy amables y dedicadas excepto la recepcionista que es un poco sangrona pero de hay en fuera la clínica está bien las áreas están limpias y no se tardan tanto en atenderte.

I currently have them as my primary and i think they just rubb off bad energy they always seem to be in a bad mood they dont ever smile and I believe when you come to a clinic you expect them to make you feel good when you walk in . They have always giving me attitude amd i hate coming here . I am looking to change my doctor soon because its just bad service

The lobby was clean and I was seen fairly quick. I think the paperwork was the longest part of the wait. The receptionist could be a little more courteous but I'm sure it was just a rough Friday. The paperwork was considerate of your privacy rights but actually had categories for the LGBTQ community. I'd definitely go here before Arr- can I say that?
