I like this dentist but they are horrible with appointments. Ive had to leave appointments several times because they say there too busy to work on me?? Like?? You're the one who made the appointments. Whatever my appointment time is they dont call you back until over an hour later. Then they leave you sitting in a chair for another hour before they touch you. Then they walk away mid visit and leave you sitting there. So very unprofessional and unorganized. If you make an appointment here just plan to sit here ALL DAY. They dont know how to schedule anything. My appointment was over an hour ago and im still waiting to be called. I walked out last week because my appointment was 11 and it was almost 2pm my kids were needing to be picked up from school and i also arrived over 1 hour early to give them more time and they still couldn't be efficient with their work. Its completely ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time.

What is the point of an appointment at this location????? I’ve waited up to 2.5 hours and the dr sees me for 15 mins. I don’t understand. They’re inconsiderate of your time. I will be looking for a new office. Unbelievable.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. I have an appointment for 12:15 and they let me sit for an hour and a half and they say we won't see you until 2 due to "corporate interference" you couldn't have let me know before hand? I had things to do this day that got screwed up due to incompetence. Don't ever give this place business.

got approved for my wisdom teeth to get removed then went in thinking I was gonna get those removed , insisted on me paying for other treatment with the credit and just got up and left.

Do NOT come here if you value time and professionalism. Made my appointment 2-3 weeks in advance for 9am. Less than 24 hours before my appointment they change it to 9:30am without my knowledge. Did not ask me or mention it at all. They bring me in for x rays 15 min after 9:30. Get the x rays and sit down and they say the doctor will come speak to you shortly. 40 minutes go by and finally the doctor comes to speak to me for 5 minutes. He says someone will come by right now to discuss the follow up. I wait for 50 more minutes and while waiting ask twice when am I going to be spoken to. All they can say is oh please wait longer or to sit in the lobby.

I had such a great experience at this office, but I especially have to highlight Chay, the dental hygienist. She was absolutely amazing and so gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire visit. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Eddie, the treatment coordinator, was also super helpful and made everything easy to understand when it came to next steps and planning. And Dr. Habib was great, very professional and made me feel confident in my care. Overall, the whole team is wonderful, but Chay really stood out and made this one of the best dental visits I’ve had. Highly recommend!
