Dr. Alice Condro at Chippenham Ped. refused to write us a referral to our established specialist which caused our daughter to not be able to be seen at her ore-scheduled appointment for medically necessary prescribed formula. I was very disappointed with her level of compassion or care for my baby.

Dr. Condro has been taking care of my daughters, aged 9 & 7, ever since they were born. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel like I have a dumb question and she always makes sure she answers it to my satisfaction. My girls both love her, too. The entire practice at Chippenham Pediatrics is great. I love that they have Saturday appointments if needed and when my girls were babies and having issues with jaundice, they even met after hours to check on them. Their call back responses during hours and off hours are very quick. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Condro and this practice. I've even moved about 30 minutes away and I still make the drive...it's worth it!

Dr. Condro has been extraordinarily supportive and helpful as we navigated through the unknown waters of colic and food allergies with my now 16-month old son. Because of her support, compassion, and knowledge, we feel confident that we are addressing our son's unique needs appropriately and proactively. Dr. Condro impressed us with her dedication to continuing research into treatment options that we were interested in trying. She is always an active listener when we are discussing my son's health and development; and when we just want to brag a little about what a great kid he is, Dr. Condro not only agrees, but gives us even more reasons to be proud of our little man.
