I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I went in on 1/04 for a covid test, it's now the 18th and I have not received my results. I have called several times but am never able to get through to anyone at the actual testing site. I know things happen, but not once has anyone reached out to me to update me or to tell me that my test was lost or anything. At least then I could have been proactive in finding another testing site. I was relying on my test results in order to get paid from my job for the time I was off of work. My job keeps requesting them from me and I am pretty sure I will never receive them so I will not get paid for those days.

Everyone was nice and professional. I was not sure what to do when we first walked in. No one was in the reception area. I just signed in and then walked outside.

They say same day testing, I’m sure it’s true if they are not busy. They lie and say they sent your test on email yet no emails…. I ask for a screenshoot of when they sent it… they can’t provide. I had to go in and get my results and even then they asked what time I had come in like they couldn’t look me up by name. I’m sure they send the tests to a different location… shouldn’t offer a service you can’t provide and charge 150$…. Would give 0 stars if I could. Mind you I was emailing back and forth with the owner the whole time no problem. Be a honest company
