We have nothing against the staff. Most of the nurses are really good and nice to my dad. He’s the patient there yet we’ve had this problem off and on for a while. Prescriptions take way to long to get once requested. It’s hard when someone who has to take pain meds has to go through withdrawals off those meds and then they’re given when he’s off of them and then have to possible for through it again a month later. Even the pharmacy has trouble with a certain doctor.

I took me and my son there to get something to help with our cough. We both took test for covid 19 and strep throat. Both were negative which was written in the chart. The doctor WILLIAM JENKINS, comes in and says I tested positive for the virus. I than point to the table were both of our test are there. Which Clearly says its negative. She says if I had taken the vaccine I wouldn't be sick. I replied I do not have covid. She leaves the room and refuses to give us anything to help me or my 3year old for our cough. Than I see on my paperwork she puts I have covid.This is why we as BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST YOU. IF YOU WILL LIE ON PAPERWORK THAN YOU WILL LIE ABOUT WHATS IN THE VACCINE. NO THANK YOU. DON'T go to this place they will have you wait for hours before you are seen. The nurse were great and I feel sorry for them to have to work for a doctor like her. NEVER AGAIN FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME.

The Dental Dept was well run and efficient. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Service very good. Dr. Parker and her assistant Leslie were professional, and showed true empathy and expertise.I will be returning for further care.

I been trying to get an appointment since 9am i was at 38 number in line its 1:30pm no one has contacted it is horrible experience with them who can u call or contact regarding this i need to make appointment for my kids and wife u can't even get thru the line rather they have technical issues or phone are not working anyone at the other end reading these messages fix it or about to call county or were ever i can .have anyone noticed they have automated response to every complaint. Really there goes the answer

WARNING: This is the WORST, MOST INCONSIDERATE clinic I’ve ever been to! They made me wait for an hour and a half. I finally had to reschedule my appointment. DO NOT GO if you can afford to go anywhere else!

Yo tengo asistiendo a esta clínica más de 20 años y estoy muy agradecida con su servicio y atención, y para la persona que dice que olía el cuarto a mariguana, mira eso no es culpa del personal si una persona lleva a su hijo a atender y fumo y es la persona que deja el olor que quieres que el personal haga, cuando pasas x la calle y huele que haces, cuando los llevas al parque y huele que haces, a quien culpas?
