Pleasant doctor who provided great insight regarding my recent eye injury. His staff were very easygoing and friendly. As for the wait times, it seems to be a Ridgecrest thing, not just this office. Overall, great experience.

STAFF IS TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. EXCESSIVELY AUTHORITIVE, NASTY, INCOMPTENT, RUDE AND CRUDE TO OTHER DOCTORS OFFICES THAT NEED TO COMMUNICATE FOR PATIENT INFORMATION. THIS OFFICE DEFINES A 'TRAIN WRECK'! DR. VICTOR IS A GEM! JUST THE STAFF THAT NEEDS TO BE TRAINED OR DISMISSED.

Dr Holmes's was very pleasant and through for my eye examination. Explained the outcome of the test results in a way a lay person would understand. I would certainly 100% recommend him. His assistant Celine is so nice and does the chart test and dilates your eyes earlier in the afternoon. When you come back to actually see the Doctor the waiting room may be a little crowded and it may take an hour or so to actually see the Doctor. It was worth the wait

The office staff did a good job. My appointment was at 2:45 when I got there they said to come back at 5, the doc was not in. This happen both times. People were sleeping in the front office. When I did see the doc it was very rushed. Will not go back.

I truly am so grateful for Dr. Holmes. Never met such a genuine, educated, and humble doctor. What a blessing it is to have him as a resident of this town.

As a doctor, Holmes is everything you want. He’s insightful and good at communicating his observations, treatment options and concerns. However - his staff organization and scheduling is horrid. Don’t make an appointment if you expect to get anything else done that day as you are going to be waiting at least 2 and likely 4 hours before seeing him. After checking in and waiting to get dilating eyedrops the average wait is 3 hours to see Holmes and several patients have told me they’ve waited as long as 5 hours. To have this long a wait as a standard practice is tiring and demeaning.

Doctor Holmes is an excellent opthslmology very caring loves his job and gives the best care he can .god gave this Doctor the gift of making miracles on people's eyes and he has done a great job.people compliant but they still come back to see him because nobody else will care as much as he does when taking care of a patients eyes.and few min late ain't nothing for the wonders he does so then let's be grateful to him snd god .
